Mainland UK & Northern Ireland

Delivery is by Royal Mail First Class or Express Courier. A signature may be required.

Standard U.K. delivery. We always aim to despatch same day and deliver next day, but please allow up to 3 - 4 days.

The delivery charge is shown in the shopping cart and during checkout.

Guaranteed next day delivery to the U.K. is available and costs £5.95 irrespective of order value, if this is required simply select during the checkout procedure. We guarantee next day delivery on all orders placed before 1.00p.m.

Please note: Guaranteed next day means next working day. e.g orders placed on a Saturday will arrive the following Tuesday

Please note: We do not accept any liability whatsoever for any delay in delivery caused by third parties (including Royal Mail or any mailing or courier service companies) that we may use to deliver your order. During holiday periods and delays beyond our control please allow one further week.

Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Highlands

Depending on weight we may have to make a surcharge for certain deliveries to the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Highlands and Islands.

We will email you to confirm the amount before we despatch your order.

We currently do not ship outside the UK.

DAMAGED GOODS

You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, please contact us within 2 working days of receipt of Goods.

The Goods should be promptly sent back to us including the original invoice and packaging and a copy of the postage paid. We will then offer you a full refund or replacement including postage on receipt of the goods, and within 30 days.

RISK AND OWNERSHIP

Risk of damage or loss of the Goods shall pass to you on delivery or, if you fail to take delivery of the Goods, at the time when the Goods are delivered (or delivery is attempted) to you in accordance with your instructions.

Title in the Goods shall pass to you upon delivery of the Goods and on our receipt of full payment. Legal ownership of the Goods will immediately revert to us if we refund any such payment to you or if the Goods are returned in accordance with any cancellation, refund, return or exchange policy as posted on this Website.

REFUND POLICY

Non Faulty Goods

We really want you to be happy with your chosen products, and we do understand that sometimes you may just change your mind or that you are not satisfied with your order. You can return your products for an exchange or for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) within 14 days of receipt, on the condition that the goods are unopened and/or unused and they are in their original packaging.

Faulty Goods

You should inspect the Goods when you receive them for damage or defects. In the event that your order is incorrectly shipped or found to be damaged or defective, you need to contact us within 2 working days of receipt to qualify for a refund.

We will issue you a full refund, including the original postage paid and postage of sending the items back (if a receipt is enclosed), on all "faulty" or "incorrectly supplied" items.

All returns must be notified in writing and accepted by us before they are sent back.

Posting all returns

Once the refund has been accepted you will be given a return address.

Wrap the items securely in their original packaging. We strongly recommend that returns are sent by "insured registered delivery" and the original proof of posting is kept.

Please obtain "Proof of Postage Certificate" from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.

We are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrectly supplied, defective or damaged Goods. Return postage for Goods returned for any other reason shall be solely at your cost.

Receiving your Refund

We will contact you by email or post when your refund has been processed. All refunds will be paid with receipt of the goods and within 30 days, or where applicable replacement Goods will be despatched to you as soon as possible, with no further costs to you.

Customers are required to take reasonable care of the goods whilst they are in their possession. We will not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to Goods returned in this way until they are received at our above address.
